The Development Priority Map is a consolidated group report, consisting of the profile results obtained from the individuals within a particular team. This report is used to identify the strengths and developmental areas of the team as a whole, as well as the individual differences among its members.

How results are plotted:

  • Identification of the individuals who need to complete the assessments
  • Communication email to be sent out, by the manager, to the respective employees, informing them of the purpose of the assessment, expectations of the assessment and utilisation of the results obtained
  • Template email is available, to which the manager responsible can make any necessary adjustments
  • Individuals to complete the relevant psychometric assessments
  • Data is collated and graphically displayed to represent the current position of the team in terms of their strengths and developmental areas
  • A feedback session is held to discuss the results obtained
