6. E-Commerce: Delivery Policy
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. 7. E-Commerce: Refunds/Returns Policy
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. A cancellation of a 12 month subscription to ThinkSales magazine will only become effective once a written instruction from the subscriber has been received by a ThinkSales Corporation (Pty) Ltd representative. The cancellation notice must be received within a 60 days period from the date of subscription. The subscriber will be refunded for the balance of the contract. The refund will be transferred into the same account that the subscription was originally paid for from.

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We accept credit card payments via the website and on request will supply our banking details should you wish to make payment via EFT or Direct Deposit. Direct deposits must be made to the following account:
